1. Digital Products & Courses

- Once you gain access to a course, it cannot be returned like a physical product.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same course.
- Technical Issues: If you face a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the course, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 days.
- Non-Delivery: If the course access is not provided to you within 48 hours of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- If you completed or partially completed the course.
- Discounted/Promotional offers where it is clearly mentioned as “No Refund.”
