1. Digital Products & Courses

  • All our products are digital courses delivered through our online platform https://zipfast.site/.
  • Once you gain access to a course, it cannot be returned like a physical product.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same course.
  • Technical Issues: If you face a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the course, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 days.
  • Non-Delivery: If the course access is not provided to you within 48 hours of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • If you completed or partially completed the course.
  • Discounted/Promotional offers where it is clearly mentioned as “No Refund.”
